We assess teams on:

🌍 Impact – How many people you reach, and how deeply
🧭 Relevance – How closely you align with core PL areas

Membership has 3 tiers:

Tier	Who It’s For
1️⃣	New contributors with early impact.
2️⃣	Sustained contributors aligned with PL’s goals.
3️⃣	Long-term, strategic contributors shaping the ecosystem.

Tiers are based on a total score (0–10), derived from:

Impact (40%)
Relevance (60%)
